Hello again my peeps this is Mark Ress comin at you again with the latest and greatest about what I’ve been up to. I’ve even got some cool pictures for you.

First as you know I wrapped up the V.R.E. training with the group from Sherman Hu. So far I’ve been seeing some really nice sites being developed, listed and sold by the trainees in that group. It’s all about taking action.

Speaking of keeping it REAL without faking the funk like SOME wanna be marketers I had to keep it real and show you one of my LONG TIME mentors in the music world. The BIG DAWG himself Mr. George Clinton. I have a lot of GREAT memories because of his music and even though his music was before my generation both my generation and my kids generation have ALSO grown up on his AWESOME music!

Also have decided to bring it full circle and go back to the basics by offering some more free trainings again. I’ve been getting a lot of requests and emails as to when am I going to offer the free teleseminars and webinars again. So I think it will be very soon. I guess Mark Ress has built a following and good fan base of Newbies wanting to learn how to make money from home working online. I can not disappoint them so I will be probably announcing the totally FREE Mark Ress Trainings via Twitter and here on my Mark Ress blog.

I just got off the phone earlier this evening with one of the older sisters of the very funny comedic Wayans family and she is gung ho about working with me to help her launch her latest reality show. I am SUPER excited about this project. It will not be the first time I’ve worked with her. We have a nice long history plus we happen to be good family friends. Our kids go to school together. I’ll be putting up a bunch of older pictures of me Mark Ress kicking it with the whole Wayans family clan. They are some of the coolest and sharpest business minded people I know. I have a lot of respect for them and enjoy doing what I can when I can to help them promote anything and everything they work on.

Last I wanted to show you what I had for dinner on Saturday in Old Town San Diego with my family. We ate at my FAVORITE place in the world for Seafood called Rockin Baja Lobster. As you can see from the picture we had Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Steak and Chicken. We hit this place at least once a month in Newport Beach BUT since we were in San Diego for my eldest son’s passing league tournament we decided to try one of the original Rockin Baja Lobster restaurants. This place was off the hook and the food was excellent!

This is called the Big Sombrero Bucket from Rockin Baja Lobster and it is my FAVORITE bucket to order from my FAVORITE Seafood restaurant! It features Lobster, King Crab, Shrimp, Steak and Chicken. It is thee BEST!

Well keep an eye out for the announcement coming soon of my free trainings focusing on Newbies but I will be covering advanced topics as well cause this is how Mark Ress does it baby.

 Hello my friends Mark Ress here updating you on what I’ve been up to and what is on the horizon for me.

First I finished up the second Virtual Real Estate (V.R.E.) training group Tuesday June 17th, 2008 with some pretty cool testimonials and case studies. One of my members is selling sites for an average of $450 and has far surpassed his financial goals. He is totally excited and can not wait to attend the live event I am putting together for later this year. He can see the vision and is not going to let anything stop him!

It was one of my proudest moments when he shared with me how much my training has changed his life.

I closed a deal today for $24,000 of which I will be donating $4,000 to charity because I feel one should always give back. I truly don’t feel God will bless us with more until we’ve proven that we can be a good steward of what we already have and how we manage it! It really feels good to be able to donate to worthy causes especially the kids I work with in our community.

Also booked two more clients this week who have been after me for a while to work with their businesses. I could not up until now because I don’t like working with too many clients at one time. The more I turned these clients down the more they want to work with me. Some people think it is a marketing ploy but I really do have the luxury of picking and choosing the clients I work with.

Hey Mark Ress here and I just wanted to say that the free training call went EXCELLENT today. I shared a lot of knowledge and my personal beliefs for best practices when using Social Media Sites for networking and marketing. Had folks contribute and I really enjoyed doing the training and call today which happens to be my birthday!

It’s all about keeping it real and adding value. It’s not about you but about what you can do for others and their businesses. We are always marketing EVEN if we are marketing ourselves. Just don’t be a sell out in the name of making money. You can’t be that desperate and if things are that bad maybe this isn’t for you right now. Get a job and work at Internet Marketing or Marketing in general slowly until you can make it a full-time gig.

To all those who don’t like “underground” marketers… DON’T hate CONGRATULATE! Don’t hate the real players but hate the game. I keeps it real with mines and will continue to do what I do best… be me and make that money flying low under the radar people! Ha ha ha ha 

Shout out going to my homie, friend and brother Sherman Hu who has kept it real with me since day one. I gots your, Sarah and the kids back brother. That is real. Much love and can’t wait for the next DJ Shermy Sherm show!
